Episode One

Jim gets up at 6AM to make food for himself and his mother. He lets her sleep in.
He likes motorbike magazines
He hums a lot when alone
When he gets up. he immediately gets up to do all the cleaning, tidying and change bulbs and things
He eats just a piece of toast for himself but makes lunch for her and breakfast.
On the first episode, he cleans her glasses for her, tucks her in more, kisses her on the forehead, says he loves her and leaves for school.
He rides a bike but dreams of having a proper scooter
He makes food for his friend Toby as well
He's apparently a really good cook
He's quick to take adventurous shortcuts because he wants some excitement in his life
He likes doing jumps on his bike
Jim isn't the type to just run away. When he hears a mysterious voice that knows his name calling from a pile of rubble, he just... comes over to check it out.
He's more concerned with the practical than figuring out wtf is going on.
He gets distracted a lot by looking at Claire to the point of not noticing when a hand is waved in front of his face.
He falls asleep in class because he's so tired.
He gets tonguetied when talking to the girl he likes.
He has a strong sense of justice and wants to help Eli when Steve is bullying him. He tries to interfere by being polite and then taunts Steve when he's threatened with a beating.
He gently scolds his mom and asks her to use an oven to reheat the food he made as a microwave will just suck all the nutrients away.
He's really sweet on his mother and doesn't want to worry her in any way.
He likes to watch cooking shows.
His ringtone is a gruff voice saying "I am Gun Robot, pick up your phone."
He also likes robot shows.
He's practically fearless except when faced with his own reflection unexpectedly or weird noises in the basement. His reaction to the glowing amulet was to try to talk to it to get it to talk back.
At least he reacted in the expected to the first troll he meets, shrieking and scrambling backwards.
He can accurately throw a kitchen knife into the block.
The words on the amulet that let him transform are "For the glory of Merlin, daylight is mine to command."
When he transforms, wisps leave the amulet and enter his body. He's listed into the air, where he closes his eyes and spreads his arms wide as blue light envelops him. The armor pieces appear and then fasten themselves to his body before resizing if the prior user was a different size.
His first thought at the magical transformation sequence that gives him shiny armor is "This is so. Freakin'. Cool!". And then he starts doing cool poses until he gets his sword stuck in a stone (twice).

Episode Two

When cool things happen his first thought is to show them to Toby, and he is incredibly impatient to do so.
Despite his general nonchalance, the idea of becoming a Trollhunter scares him, especially with the possibility of death. However, he can't just ignore the fact that the bad trolls will hurt people (and come after him).
Occasionally the amulet will just transform him if it senses danger.
He's not very good at safety. He leaves the amulet around and keeps it in an unfastened pocket on his bag (which hangs behind him). Despite it glowing.
He's good at thinking on his feet and remembering things people have said to him.
